Returns:
Currently, we do not accept returns, except in Puerto Rico for size issues.

Damages / Issues:
If your item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately at empire.towers57@gmail.com.

Exchanges:
For eligible size issues in Puerto Rico, contact us first. Do not send items without approval.

European Union:
If shipping to the EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel or return under EU law. Items must be in original condition. Contact empire.towers57@gmail.com for instructions.

Refunds:
If a return is accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
